Spot Details

There are many public lake access points along Nipissing's eastern shoreline

and water depth, rocks, swimmers, etc, are less of a concern.

There are many (curious) snowmobiliers so make sure to wrap up your lines.

Beware of pressure cracks, they can make for nice jumps but they sometimes

conceal open water.

As spring approaches, stay away from in front of the sewage

treatment plant as there is a "warm" spot that opens up while the rest of the

lake is still reasonably safe.

Works best with any W, too much N is not good.
